Raja Babu is a rich, spoiled, country bumpkin who lives a carefree, luxury lifestyle until the girl he loves rejects him and his parents reveal that he was adopted.

Babu is a naive young man who likes to go out of his way to help people. He has fallen in love with Kammo, but in the process of helping another, he lands himself in jail for two years. After his discharge, he finds that a lady who had once helped him is now a destitute widow with a small child, Pinky.

Charusheela Tandel and her brother Anil, are at loggerheads with Krishna Bhoir's son, Babu Bhoir. Matters get aggravated when, after years, Babu gets the contract which belonged to Anil, transferred in his name.
